This set is comparable to the nagano I. Compared to the Viking Nagano I, the Viking Nagano Special has slightly harder steel with a higher HRC value. This ensures less sliding resistance, easier grinding ánd less grinding. The Nagano special is equipped with with the black Nagano bridge.
